Greenways is well established with over a quarter of a century creating exceptional homes in North London and Hertfordshire but had never established their own brand presence. 

We were appointed to create the brand identity, positioning and online presence for this bespoke property developer, a privately owned company, comprising of two distinctive divisions – property development and acquisitions. To reflect both their twenty five year history and innovative ethos.

We designed a representative ‘G’ mark, in a classic style, that would be instantly recognisable, visually portray personality, individuality and a sense of craftsmanship & quality. Setting this against a modern sans serif font, both elements designed to work together to create a visual system.

As part of the new roll-out we also branded the companies individual development projects. Undertaking the naming process, logo design and development.
